Position Summary

We're seeking a creative, driven, and business-minded Marketing & Communications Intern who's ready to grow into a leadership role within our expanding company.

This position is ideal for a college student or recent graduate studying Marketing, Communications, or Business, who wants hands-on experience across real estate, investing, community engagement, and brand storytelling.

You'll help us shape APG's brand presence, manage our social media platforms, support events, and automate marketing workflows — becoming a key voice behind how APG shows up across our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Branding

• Create and schedule engaging social media content for APG divisions (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Design marketing materials: flyers, newsletters, brochures, and branded templates
• Write social media captions, blog posts, and press releases aligned with APG's brand voice
• Capture and edit photos/videos from company events and property showcases

Digital Marketing & Analytics

• Manage email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp or HubSpot
• Track performance analytics: engagement, reach, and lead generation
• Update website content and ensure SEO consistency
• Assist in planning paid ad campaigns on Meta or Google

Events & Community Engagement

• Support planning, marketing, and coverage of open houses, workshops, and community events
• Coordinate vendor and sponsorship relationships
• Represent APG at university, nonprofit, and real estate networking events

Operations & Automation

• Help build CRM workflows for client communication and newsletters
• Maintain contact databases for leads, agents, vendors, and partners
• Assist with monthly marketing reports and content calendars

Cross-Brand Collaboration

• Collaborate with leadership and each APG division to ensure cohesive branding
• Create highlight materials for APG Realty listings, Vanguard Elite Title closings, and LGIT events

Ideal Candidate

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Passion for real estate, community impact, and entrepreneurship
• Strong written and visual communication skills
• Proficient in Canva, Google Workspace, Mailchimp, and social media platforms
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable balancing creative work with professional strategy
