The Communication Specialist plays a key role in promoting and positioning the Hiffman brands nationally by providing a high level of support in the creation and development of communication efforts across our media channels, internally and externally, as directed by the Marketing Director to support marketing, sales and company goals and initiatives to ensure the success of communication and PR programs across the Hiffman companies.

- Estimated Compensation Range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000.
What your day looks like.
- Deliver on brand communications to promote the NAI Hiffman | Hiffman National brand, properties, and business lines, focused on creating compelling narratives for our internal and external clients to local and national audiences.
- Primary responsibilities include writing, editing and proofreading content in print and digital formats across all Hiffman verticals, including brand, client and campaign messaging, while working closely with the Director of Marketing.
- Maintain the company's brand and online presence, coordinating marketing collateral and tracking media coverage.
- Manage all Hiffman social media channels and metrics for reporting, creating and sharing engaging content and monitoring brand mentions to ensure a positive online reputation.
- Execute communication and social media strategies in alignment with goals and initiatives.
- Draft communications for a variety of projects, including, but not limited to– announcements, press releases, award submissions, special interest articles, blog posts, social media, and business line collateral.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement strategic communications initiatives, including marketing efforts and execution/development of marketing/communications plans.
- Align internal and external communications initiatives to positively promote brand, client, and company messaging to all core audiences across all verticals.
- Track media coverage, monitor market trends and analyze communication efforts to provide insight and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and interface with professionals across all Hiffman business lines to address communication requirements.
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of team activities.
What sets you apart.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field. Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a similar role. Commercial Real Estate Experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to provide efficient, timely, and effective communication.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret documents, displaying an understanding of our business and goals and initiatives defined by company and departmental goals.
