We are currently looking to add motivated Roofing Sales Representatives to our expanding team. As a Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in helping customers protect their homes and businesses through expert consultations, roof inspections, and guiding them through the process of selecting and installing a new roof. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are driven, ambitious, and want to take charge of their earnings while advancing within the company.

At Brock Roofing and Remodeling, we offer an industry-leading commission structure, allowing our top sales representatives to earn six figures annually

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, networking, and partnerships with insurance agents and adjusters.

Perform roof inspections, assess damages, and provide expert consultations on roof replacements or repairs.

Assist customers in ordering materials and planning the installation process.

Offer exceptional service and support to customers throughout the roofing project.

Guide customers through every step of the sales and insurance process—from initial consultation to post-installation follow-up.

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in roofing sales, construction, or any other sales role (e.g., car sales, service advising) is a plus.

Highly motivated with a strong desire for financial growth and success.

Able to generate leads and close deals with confidence.

Eager to take ownership of your performance and grow into leadership roles.

Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellent customer service.
