Finance Representative- Entry level position. Qualified individuals must be detail oriented, accurate, client focused and a team player. Ideal opportunity for recent graduates and candidates seeking flexible hours Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
Obtain & process vendor sign in sheets: verify hours worked & analyze discrepancies
Enter accurate purchase order details for clients/vendors
Prepare & submit client billings/spreadsheets
Respond to client & vendor emails and phone calls
Filing and other general office duties
Skills:
Excellent computer skills & proficiency with Microsoft Office-Outlook, Word, Excel
Experience with Quick Books a plus
Communication skills both verbal & written
Customer service experience
Accounting/bookkeeping skills are a plus
Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour (training)
Work Remotely: No
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
