Redwood Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented Post Closing Coordinator I to support our lending departments by managing post-closing documentation, member inquiries, and administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth operations and compliance across mortgage, consumer, and business loan processes.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
o Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and interoffice memoso Set up and scan loan files for electronic imagingo Print and mail mortgage disclosures per regulatory timelineso Process incoming loan documents and checks for payoffso Maintain organized loan files and vault recordso Schedule delivery/pickup of loan packageso Prepare and submit quality control audit fileso Manage office supplies and storage logso Process re-conveyances and demand statements
Member & Team Support:
o Safeguard sensitive member informationo Research and resolve basic post-closing inquirieso Answer calls and direct to appropriate team memberso Represent RCU professionally in all interactions

Compensation:
Base starting range: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour commensurate with experience.
Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity.   • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist, and turn.

  • Work environment is indoors; majority of the time is spent sitting at a desk.
