About the role:
We're looking for a VP of Performance to oversee paid media, retention, and brand initiatives across key channels. This is a hands-on role where you'll own strategy, execution, and team management, working closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to drive growth.
You'll have the autonomy to test, iterate, and optimize campaigns while ensuring creative work resonates with customers. While the main focus is performance, you'll also contribute to brand marketing in ways that support long-term growth.
What you'll do:
- Shape and execute performance marketing across paid media, retention campaigns, and creative initiatives.
- Collaborate with multiple agencies, providing strategic direction, feedback, and oversight to drive results.
- Optimize acquisition and retention campaigns using data-driven insights, experimentation, and testing.
- Align performance strategies with brand and product goals, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
- Influence brand marketing where performance intersects with awareness and engagement.
- Mentor team members and agency partners, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of experience leading performance marketing, paid media, or growth initiatives, ideally within DTC, CPG, or e-commerce brands.
- Proven track record managing agencies and external partners, driving collaboration and results.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; able to interpret performance metrics and make strategic recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
- Ability to balance performance objectives with brand integrity and customer experience.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Comfortable in a high-autonomy, fast-growing environment with a focus on measurable results.
