What would you do as a Universal Banker III - Siloam Springs, AR

As a Universal Banker III at Generations Bank in Siloam Springs, AR, your daily responsibilities will include greeting customers warmly and providing exceptional service through various banking transactions. You will assist clients with account inquiries, facilitate deposits and withdrawals, and educate them on banking products and services. Daily tasks will also include opening complex business accounts, IRAs, trusts; serve as a mentor and provide support to UB I and II team members; provide teller system overrides on transactions requiring additional authority. Serve as a backup to the branch manager as needed for daily operational duties. This position requires active communication with both customers and team members to foster strong relationships. Moreover, you will engage in problem-solving to address customer needs promptly and efficiently.

What are the requirements?

• Three or more years of retail banking experience.

8:00 - 5:00 or 8:30 - 5:30, M-F
