Sr. Recruiter - Tampa, FL

Ideal Talent Group (ITG) is looking for a motivated sales or recruiting professional who's comfortable working in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. This individual should enjoy connecting with people, can handle multiple priorities, and thrives on seeing their effort translate directly into results.

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $3,000–$4,000/month (depending on experience)
  • Commission: $3,000–$8,000+ per placement
  • Expected first-year total: $70K–$100K (average around $80K)
  • Second year: $100K+ is typical

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • No weekends (occasional after-hours calls depending on candidate or client availability)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Sales experience
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Reliable internet, computer, and phone
  • Direct placement recruiting experience (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities:

  • Source and connect with candidates through calls, emails, texts, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Conduct interviews and screening calls
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
  • Manage candidates throughout the entire hiring process — from first contact through their first 6-12 months working for our client
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients
  • Identify and approach potential new clients about our services
  • Manage client accounts once they're active and maintain consistent communication
