A rapidly growing car wash chain in Central New Jersey is looking for a
Sales Trainer
to help elevate our customer experience and drive membership sales across multiple locations. This role is perfect for someone who's social, proactive, and thrives in dynamic environments. You'll be traveling to our sites, working directly with employees to coach, inspire, and equip them with the tools they need to confidently sell our Unlimited Wash Club.

  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Comfortable working independently and creating structure where there isn't any.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a gift for building trust quickly.
  • Enjoys solving problems and thinking outside the box.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts easily to change.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales/retail training.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to different locations across Central NJ. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be available for occasional weekend work.
  • Have good vision and the ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel.
  • Be willing and able to work in cold environments/conditions.
