Job Summary:

As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness training to clients, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals. You will design customized fitness programs, conduct group fitness classes, and offer sports coaching while ensuring exceptional customer service and sales performance.Responsibilities:

- Develop tailored fitness programs based on clients' needs and goals

- Conduct group fitness sessions and individual personal training sessions

- Demonstrate proficiency in program design, physiology knowledge, body mechanics, and anatomy

- Provide sports coaching to enhance clients' performance

- Maintain a high level of customer service by being punctual, professional, and enthusiastic

- Utilize health club facilities effectively to deliver top-notch training sessions

- Drive fitness sales through effective communication and sales techniquesRequirements:

- Certification in personal training or related field

- Proven experience in personal training, group fitness, and program design

- Strong knowledge of physiology, body mechanics, and anatomy

- Previous experience in sports coaching is a plus

- Excellent sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Passion for health and wellness with a commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goalsWhat We Expect From You:
