This job requires Jakes and Jakettes to interact with, entertain, and build a rapport with the Jakes guests. The essence of the role is based on above and beyond service. It is required that our teammates sell food, beverage, and merchandise to the guests. Our image is wholesome, and friendly. You must provide attentive service to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Each team member's primary objective is to show our guests a great time, so they will return again and again.f.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.) Complete all opening duties, during shift duties, and closing duties.

2.) Greet guests sincerely and warmly.

3.) Tell guests your name, address guests by their first name. This helps create regulars.

4.) Have high energy and be a self motivated team member

5.) Know and understand the Jakes concept and menu.

6.) Serve each and every guest with extraordinary and consistent service.

7.) Prepare Jakes drinks according to recipe specifications and garnish.

8.) Serve drinks responsibly and never over serve. Always get a manager involved when in question.

9.) Manage the organization to ensure guests are served in a timely manner.

10.) Keep the service area clean throughout shifts and weekly scheduled special clean-ups.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

No education is needed to start as a server, and much of what you will learn will be through Jakes training. You may have to be 18 or older to serve alcohol, depending on the state.

Pay: $ $50.00 per hour
