$130k - $170K

What You'll Be Doing
Analyze and summarize complex legal and factual materials
Conduct legal, factual, and entity-based research
Evaluate cases and develop strategic defense positions
Participate in and lead client meetings, offering strategic recommendations
Investigate facts and prepare for depositions; conduct depositions as appropriate
Draft and argue motions
Participate in hearings and mediations
Prepare witnesses and corporate representatives
Draft defense mediation summaries
Brief matters at trial and appellate levels
Manage multiple matters in a fast-paced litigation environment
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
•
1–5 years of insurance defense litigation experience
(general liability required).
• Actively licensed and in good standing in
Georgia
.
•
Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
(top priority).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
• Client-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
No trial experience required.
