Position Summary
The
Seasonal Warehouse Supervisor
oversees all aspects of daily warehouse operations during our peak production season. This includes managing the flow of materials, supervising shipping and receiving teams, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring safety and efficiency throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication skills and a proven ability to motivate seasonal staff in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and coordinate daily activities of warehouse associates during the seasonal period
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with quality standards
• Collaborate with Production and Logistics teams to support smooth workflow between printing, packaging, and shipping areas
• Oversee inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and company policies
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate operational needs to management
• Maintain accurate documentation, including work orders, shipment logs, and production reports
• Lead by example to promote a positive, high-performance culture among temporary and full-time employees

Requirements
Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or production supervisory experience (preferably in a fast-paced or seasonal environment)
• Experience with shipping/receiving systems and inventory management software preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods in a production setting
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays during peak season
