The Co-op, Marketing Administration ("Co-op") provides administrative support to Goodwin's Marketing Team. The co-op works with the team to manage data, track contract progress, and assist with process and procedures of the Marketing and Communications departments. These projects often involve working with different functional areas of the Marketing Department, General Counsel's office, and Finance. The co-op role is part of the Department's core support structure. While this role supports Marketing Admin, it may, as needed, be called upon to assist with other initiatives or Dept. functions.
What You Will Do:
Work with the Department Admin staff to process and track all Marketing Contracts through legal review and file once the agreements are executed.
Assist the various Marketing verticals with excel data entry, formatting, and formula checks for budgets.
Coordinate and support the tracking of the monthly department spending invoice report, ensuring charges are allocated correctly.
Own the creation and deployment of bi-weekly internal emails to internal stakeholders.
Provide input on promotional item initiatives and cataloguing.
Assist with updates on the department's page on the firm's intranet.
Additional responsibilities as needed.
Who You Are:
Coursework towards a BA/BS.
Effective and professional communication skills.
Excellent project management skills.
Positive attitude with the ability to think objectively and work both independently and within a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
Ability to build rapport with attorneys and other professional staff.
Strong written and organizational skills with particular attention to detail.
Strong computer skills, including web-based research, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Schedule: Standard office hours.
Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time, must be able to use a computer and accompanying office machines. Physically capable of lifting boxes, etc. associated with event prep.
Environment: Office environment.
