About the Role:

Join a mission-driven network of Nurse Practitioners supporting Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) across California. You'll provide high-quality, patient-centered care while enjoying flexible schedules, competitive pay, and full support from credentialing to placement.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and health histories
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications and therapies within your scope
  • Educate patients and families on care and prevention
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Travel to assigned clinic sites as needed

Qualifications:

  • Active California NP and RN licenses (unrestricted)
  • Graduate degree (MSN or DNP)
  • National certification (AANP, ANCC, etc.)
  • Furnishing number and DEA registration (if applicable)
  • Commitment to compassionate, community-based care

Schedule:

32–40 hours per week (flexible scheduling options)

Compensation:

$60–$85 per hour, based on experience + productivity incentives and annual merit increases.
