  • Deal Sourcing & Underwriting:

  • Due Diligence:
    Support transaction execution by coordinating third-party reports, reviewing legal and financial documents, and assisting in investment committee materials.
  • Asset Performance Monitoring:
    Track portfolio performance through financial statements, leasing updates, and property-level metrics to ensure assets meet business plan targets.
  • Valuation & Reporting:
    Prepare quarterly valuations, performance reports, and investor updates, maintaining accurate models and supporting decision-making on hold/sell strategies.
  • Strategic Planning:
    Collaborate with senior team members to develop and implement asset management strategies, including capital improvements, refinancing, and exit planning.
