custom home builds and interior renovations. Our commercial work focuses on medical office

environments. Office build-outs & interior improvements. With continued growth and exciting

projects ahead, we are looking for a skilled, motivated Working Superintendent to join our team

in the Tampa area.

Job Summary

This role is a combination of onsite leadership and hands-on work. The Working Superintendent

will oversee day-to-day field operations while assisting with build tasks where needed. The

right candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality results and

exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

● Supervise and coordinate onsite construction activities

● Perform hands-on interior construction tasks (framing, drywall, carpentry, demo,

finishing, etc.)

● Ensure all work meets project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations

● Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

● Manage subcontractors and material deliveries

● Maintain a clean and organized jobsite

● Provide daily reporting and communicate progress with the project team

● Assist with punch lists and project closeout

Qualifications

● 2 years of residential and/or commercial construction experience

● Strong hands-on trade skills across multiple interior disciplines

● Proven ability to lead subcontractors and manage field operations

● Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements

● Ability to solve problems and adapt in fast-paced environments

● Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

● OSHA 10/30 a plus (or willingness to obtain)
