There will be an opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a practical setting, contributing to real-world human resources initiatives. Essential FunctionsUpdate and maintain job descriptions across all departments, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Monitor the human resources email, responding to inquiries and redirecting messages to appropriate contacts. Assist with recruitment tasks such as scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates. Assist with handbook formatting and content creation. Support other human resources projects, including data entry, document preparation, and research. Collaborate with human resources team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and data. RequirementsCurrent enrollment in a college degree program (Human Resources, Business Administration, or Related Field). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. QualificationsPrevious coursework in human resources practices. Familiarity with HRIS systems and software preferred.Understanding of basic human resources principals and practices. OtherPaid internship with potential for college credit if approved by your academic department. Providing quality healthcare in the spirit of Christ.
