Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and some experienced sushi chef and helper to join our team.
Duties
Prepare and assemble sushi rolls, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes with precision and artistry.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality by conducting regular inventory checks and sourcing supplies as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on sushi preparation techniques and best practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
