Job Description:
NATO HQ Supreme Allied Command Transformation (NATO SACT) is seeking contract support for the capture, development, architecture, data science and quality assurance of capability requirements and operational analysis necessary to adapt to future threats and explore long-term military strategy to shape how NATO's forces will operate in the future. To support our NATO customer, SimIS Inc seeks a Requirements Traceability Analyst to assist in the identification, elicitation, capture, analysis, evaluation, integration and maintenance of capability requirements to shape NATO capability portfolio objectives and support force design and strategic decision making. 

Experience Required:BS degree in engineering, management, information systems or related disciplines.Five years of recent experience in requirements management, including requirements traceability, quality assurance, and change management.Experience in the evaluation of requirements traceability across lines of capability development (doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership, personnel, facilities, and interoperability). Proficiency with IBM Rational DOORS Next or equivalent. Special Skills/Knowledge/Training Required/Desired:Support the maintenance of requirements in the requirements repository, ensuring correct version and configuration control, and the achievement and maintenance of the organization's requirements traceability and quality expectations.Support the development and maintenance of processes relating to requirements traceability, including traceability criteria and processes, and requirements traceability reports related to the requirements life cycle.Support development and improvement of requirements management tools, which enable and support the organization's requirements engineering and requirements management processes.Support requirements engineering and requirements management activities where appropriate across all life cycle stages to ensure continuing integrity of the traceability processes, and that capability requirements continue to satisfy stakeholder needs.
