Shift 6:00am-2:00pm, 2:00pm-10:00pm

As a Resident Care Associate, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on care and support with daily living tasks, medication assistance, and companionship. You'll work alongside a dedicated team to help our residents maintain comfort, dignity, and joy in their daily lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hygiene, etc.)
  • Provide medication reminders and administration per training and policies
  • Respond promptly and kindly to call bells and resident requests
  • Escort or transport residents as needed
  • Support mealtimes and daily activity programs
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and common areas
  • Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition
  • Perform basic clerical tasks (filing, phone calls, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Wellness and nursing staff to ensure top-quality care

Qualifications:

  • Experience in senior care or direct support roles preferred
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, standing, walking)
  • Strong communication skills — respectful, friendly, and team-oriented
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow care plans and protocols
  • Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions
  • Med Tech certification (required by state)
