Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Executive Director to lead our organization towards sustainable growth and operational excellence. As the key executive, you will be responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing daily operations, and fostering relationships with partners to advance our mission. Responsibilities

  • Implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Provide leadership and oversight across all departments, ensuring alignment with organizational vision
  • Manage senior leadership team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility
  • Cultivate relationships with partners and community organizations to support business development and organizational growth
  • Lead negotiations for grants and partnerships that benefit the organization
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of governance
  • Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and industry forums to enhance visibility and influence

Experience

  • Proven senior leadership experience in a similar management capacity within a nonprofit or corporate environment
  • Extensive background in management, strategic planning, business development, and operations management
  • Demonstrated success in partnership development
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience in process improvement initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams and foster a collaborative work culture
  • Prior experience in overseeing financial operations and managing budgets effectively

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $ $50.00 per hour
