Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to source and attract potential candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings on selected candidates
  • Assist in negotiating job offers and compensation packages
  • Provide support in employee evaluation processes.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively interview candidates and assess their qualifications
  • Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes
  • Familiarity with employee evaluation processes
  • Strong negotiation skills for job offers and compensation packages
