IBC Roofing Nashville is seeking a driven Project Manager to join our fast-paced and competitive sales team. We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, customer-focused, and eager to learn. This role offers a paid training program and full support to ensure your success from day one.

About IBC Roofing

IBC Roofing is a specialized sales organization focused on roofing. We assist homeowners through the retail and insurance process. Our mission is simple: to be the most honest and ethical roofing company in the country. We build with care and act with integrity.

We currently operate in nine locations and are expanding our team in the Nashville territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation- requires canvassing and door knocking
  • Generate, manage, and follow up on leads
  • Oversee roofing projects from start to finish
  • Conduct roof inspections
  • Be customer facing and foster valuable communication with homeowners
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain professionalism and quality service throughout all interactions
  • Work a standard 40-hour week, with some weekend availability required
