Seattle, Washington, United States Amazon Full time $160,300 - $265,000
Fashion and Fitness (F2) is a big and growing retail business – focused on delivering innovative partnerships, programs, and experiences that surprise and delight customers, while delivering profitable growth for selling partners and Amazon. To support our next phase of growth, we're looking for a highly experienced retail leader with strong business acumen, who will develop and own the vision, strategy, partnership and delivery for North American Stores (NAS) Ads. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator who collaborates well with others, an innovative and strategic thinker who leans into experimentation, an operator with a strong history of delivering results, a visible leader who is able to influence senior stakeholders, and an exceptional people leader with a track record in recruiting and developing top talent and nurturing a high-performance culture.

Key job responsibilities

• Develop NAS advertising and vendor investment strategies that will optimize NAS profitability, drive Amazon and Selling Partner GMS, and enable an exceptional customer experience.

• Develop customer and selling partner insights – and transform them into breakthrough innovations.

• Manage the execution of initiatives from ideation through launch (build, experiment, operate, measure, optimize), while setting and managing the right expectations with all relevant stakeholders.

• Drive automation by building solutions that leverage data science, Gen AI, and technology, and establish processes and mechanisms that support flawless execution.

• Partner with leaders and stakeholders across F2, NAS, and Ads to deliver results – operating as a single-threaded leader in some cases, while managing matrixed ownership in other cases.

• Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility, ensuring your program stays aligned with organization objectives.

• Lead a team of 3, including product, program and business intelligence – responsible for hiring and developing world-class talent, and nurturing a high-performing team, to deliver against the product vision and strategy.

• Participate as a key member of the leadership team.
