Description
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Manager to drive Amazon Devices' upgrader strategy across Product Lines. You'll own central upgrader capabilities while partnering with teams to develop effective upgrade strategies that impact millions of customers and drive significant business growth.

As the Senior PM for Device Lifecycle Management, you will shape how customers experience device upgrades. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring both vision-setting and detailed program management. You'll help create scalable upgrader solutions and build partnerships across Product Lines to transform device lifecycle management.

In this role, you will drive upgrade revenue across Amazon's device portfolio while improving customer experience through seamless upgrade paths. You'll be responsible for building strong Product Line partnerships to execute effective upgrade strategies. Your work will shape the future of device lifecycle management at Amazon.

Your efforts will directly influence customer satisfaction, device engagement, and revenue growth through increased upgrade adoption. Success means more customers experiencing our latest innovations. You'll define strategy and execution for programs touching every Amazon device customer while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Impact will be measured in revenue, upgrade adoption, and creating seamless experiences that drive long-term engagement with Amazon's comprehensive device portfolio.

Key job responsibilities

Strategy & Partnership

  • Drive upgrader strategy development and execution across multiple Product Linesand execute experimentation roadmaps
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Product Line leaders and key stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to amplify Product Line initiatives through central upgrader capabilities
  • Create and maintain upgrader playbooks and best practices

Product Development Leadership

  • Own product requirements gathering process and provide input to Product Management Teams on central upgrader capabilities
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to influence design and build of scalable solutions
  • Influence feature prioritization based on Product Line needs and business impact
  • Align Product Line requirements to product roadmaps

Cross-Functional Program Management

  • Manage documentation and communication of upgrade programs
  • Manage and align upgrader pricing and promotion strategies
  • Partner with marketing teams on merchandising strategy
  • Track and report on program performance including goal updates and business reviews
  • Execute day-to-day operations required for delivering upgrades
  • Track progress against key upgrader goals

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
