Job Summary:

We are looking for a Contract Project Manager to support our Creative Operations team, reporting to the Associate Director of Creative Operations and Creative Project Manager. You will be working cross-functionally with our Product Marketing, Social, Paid Media, Retention, Ecommerce, Production and Graphic Design teams. Your responsibilities will include project managing campaigns, promotions, evergreen workflows across multiple countries, collaborating with creative teams and international stakeholders to ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met within a sprint structure.  Our ideal candidate is organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines at once. We are seeking a team player with a great attitude, who is an excellent communicator who has a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and champion project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Provide internal and cross-functional team status updates to create alignment and manage expectations.
  • Coordinate between brand team and external stakeholders, including product, paid media, retention, and e-commerce, to manage creative assets for international promotions or brand campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities in existing processes and work with the Associate Director of Creative Operations to implement new workflows and improve communication.
  • Assist the Project Manager by coordinating creative workflow, ensuring all necessary information is provided in brief format, trafficking creative requests and auditing all assets to ensure brief is properly met.  
  • Serve as an important day-to-day contact for our marketing and creative teams by sharing project updates,  highlighting any potential roadblocks, and problem solving. 

What You'll Need to Have:

Required:

  • Enthusiastic and motivated go-getter with the ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Team-player, hard-working, goal-oriented, with willingness to learn.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience as a traffic coordinator or project manager in a fast- paced environment; experience working with a design or marketing team is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel) as well as project management software such as Asana, Monday, Trello, Jira (Asana preferred).

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or e-commerce company is ideal.
  • Experience working with International teams and/or speaking a foreign language is a plus. 

Compensation:

  • This is a full-time contract role which will pay $40-45/hr 1099, 40 hrs a week max
