Manager, Multi-Service

Looking for a dynamic self-starter to join our team to support Sodexo programs as a Multi-Service Manager. The position will support both Food & Nutrition and Environmental Services accounts in the Knoxville, TN area. This requires flexibility with both travel and various shifts, including some weekends and holidays, that this role will support. Requires supervisory/management experience, proven verbal, written and computer skills, technical skills in either Food Service or Environmental Services. The ideal candidate will assist in driving patient satisfaction, implementing and maintain SMS, and help fill management vacancies.
Must have great organizational and time management skills and a strong understanding of customer service. Previous experience in hospitality service is ideal to support Healthcare departments. Experience in supervising a diverse employee population while providing excellent customer service is key to this role.
What You'll Do- be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
- manage housekeeping/EVS and/or Food & Nutrition services operations;
- provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
- work with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director;
- effectively manages the Unit Operating System; and/or
- support a diverse and inclusive workforce and provide strong leadership.

What You Bring- have experience leading and managing a team and is a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service and the technical execution of a healthcare housekeeping system;
- have experience driving customer service and/or guest satisfaction results in a healthcare environment is preferred;
- possess strong leadership skills and can work independently to drive program compliance and reach project target dates of completion;
- have experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines;
- are results and safety driven;
- have experience with vendor and contract management, as well as union and contract negotiations;
- have experience improving patient satisfaction, and driving full compliance to HCAHPS, local, state and Joint Commission standards;
- have 2-4 years of previous custodial / housekeeping/ food or similar management experience., in a hospital, healthcare experience preferred but not required;
- have strong financial acumen and budget management experience;
- can multi-task and set priorities;
