The Role

We're looking for a full time Senior Account Lead to own and steward multiple client relationships in a fast-moving creative studio. This is a senior leadership role for someone who translates strategic vision into flawless execution, leads with confidence through ambiguity, and ensures clients feel understood, supported, and consistently impressed.

You'll serve as the primary client partner, reporting to the Head of Accounts while leading an account manager and project manager. Over time, you'll build and manage a portfolio of clients, acting as both their trusted advisor and the engine that keeps complex campaigns moving without friction. This role is five days a week in our NYC office.

What You'll Do

Own the day-to-day health and success of multiple client relationships. Transform evolving strategy from leadership into clear scopes, bulletproof timelines, and deliverables that exceed expectations across influencer campaigns, paid media, and digital/social/CTV creative.

Lead cross-functional teams (designers, writers, strategists, platform specialists) to produce sharp, channel-specific work that performs. Ensure your team has what they need while holding everyone accountable to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

Oversee project calendars, manage budgets, anticipate risks, and keep internal teams, clients, and vendors aligned. You're orchestrating, not micromanaging. You see what's coming, make the call, and keep the trains running.

Be the steady, senior presence when things get chaotic. Bring structure without bureaucracy, clarity without ego, and help teams adapt when priorities shift. Model accountability and professionalism while fostering a culture where great work thrives.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of strategic account management or account leadership experience at an agency, brand, or in-house marketing team
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and lead teams delivering integrated campaigns across social, influencer, paid media, and digital channels
• Strong leadership presence and organizational rigor
• Excellent communication skills: crisp briefs, efficient meetings, actionable feedback, confident presentations to senior stakeholders
• Experience working with VP-level clients and translating business goals into creative solutions
• Natural problem-solver with executive presence who stays calm under pressure

Compensation

$135,000 - $165,000 annually, based on experience.
