As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a leading food and beverage location. Your responsibilities include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will interact with employees and visitors, offering clear communication and a helpful presence. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to identify security-related concerns.
• Document and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or incidents encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with fellow Allied Universal team members and client staff to support a secure environment in accordance with site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
