About the Role

We are seeking a
Project Manager
to lead and oversee insurance due diligence for loan transactions within a dynamic and growing organization in the insurance and financial services sector. This role is critical to rebuilding and strengthening operations after a major organizational transition. You will manage scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process.

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will:

  • Manage all aspects of insurance due diligence for loan transactions from engagement through closing.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure projects meet specifications, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze borrower insurance coverage and premium data to assess lender impact.
  • Develop and maintain project implementation plans, review data, and ensure quality control.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare accurate reports for management and maintain data integrity in compliance systems.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance due diligence, underwriting, broking, or a related field.
  • Valid P & C insurance license.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred:

  • Experience in financial placement or account management.
  • Background in low-vision insurance products.
  • Mortgage underwriting experience is a plus.
