Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual to join our team in a part-time, on-site role (approximately 30 hours per week). The successful candidate will assist with daily office operations, customer service inquiries, data entry, and administrative tasks in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Maintain accurate records, filing, and data entry
  • Provide support with policy information, documentation, and customer correspondence
  • Assist in maintaining organized office procedures and workflow

Qualifications

  • Dependable, responsible, and organized with strong initiative
  • Must have communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual proficiency a plus
  • Proficient in data entry and general computer applications
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Prior insurance experience preferred but not required
  • Willing to obtain a Customer Service Representative (CSR 440) License; training and licensing costs covered by the agency
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in related fields a plus

Compensation & Schedule

  • Approximately 30 hours per week
  • Hourly rate based on experience
