Our client, a highly regarded mid-sized general practice firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Partner with a portable book of business who is looking to join a well-established platform with the resources and stability to support continued practice growth. The firm's real estate group represents owners, developers, family offices, private equity funds, and institutional investors in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, and development projects involving Class A and B properties in New York City and across the country.
The role is well suited for a mid-career partner seeking to align their practice with a collaborative, business-focused environment. The firm offers experienced partners the ability to integrate their existing clients while expanding into new areas through cross-practice opportunities with the firm's corporate, finance, tax, and litigation teams. A strong administrative and associate support structure ensures that partners can focus on client service and practice development.
This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned commercial real estate partner who values a strong platform, thoughtful collaboration, and the ability to continue building a successful, sustainable practice. Compensation includes a base salary in the $325K-to-$450K range, along with origination and client-development credit, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.
