About Us

Level UP Enrichment partners with schools across Marin County to bring exciting after-school programs to K–6 students. From Chess and Tennis, to Art, Magic, and STEM, our mission is to help kids discover talents, explore new fields, and foster a lifelong love of learning.

Your Role

We're hiring experienced instructors to join as Lead Instructors (Level 2) in Novato and nearby Marin schools. This is a leadership role — you'll be the one guiding the classroom.

  • Teach engaging 1.5-hour enrichment classes in your specialty
  • Inspire and manage groups of K–6 students with confidence
  • Ensure safety, structure, and fun every session
  • Step into leading independently within 2–3 weeks of training

Classes run weekday afternoons between 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Based on your availability, you can teach 3–15 hours per week.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience teaching, tutoring, or coaching youth (required)
  • Confident classroom leader with strong management skills
  • Passion for working with kids and making learning fun
  • Reliable transportation & cellphone
  • Weekday availability between 12:00–5:00 PM
  • Able to pass TB test & Live Scan background check
  • Note: Candidates with felony convictions cannot be considered due to regulations
