About the RoleWe are seeking a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Operator to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for the full order fulfillment process — including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesInbound & Receiving

  • Receive incoming shipments from trucks, air, or ocean freight.
  • Verify goods against delivery documents; inspect for quantity and visible damages.
  • Use scanners or PDAs to record receipts into the warehouse system.
  • Label products with internal barcodes and sort items by category.

Storage & Put-away

  • Use handheld scanners to place goods into designated storage locations.
  • Maintain organized and accurate shelving and bin locations.

Order Picking & Processing

  • Follow system instructions to accurately and efficiently pick products for orders.
  • Handle a variety of picking tasks including single-item and multi-SKU orders.

Packing & Shipping

  • Verify and carefully pack picked items to ensure safe delivery.
  • Print and apply shipping labels (including FBA or carrier-specific labels).
  • Coordinate with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL for shipment handoffs.
  • Perform system outbound scanning and record shipments in the system.

Inventory Control

  • Participate in regular cycle counts and annual inventory audits.
  • Report and investigate discrepancies in inventory records.
  • Assist in reallocation or disposal of damaged or unsellable goods.

Warehouse Maintenance & Safety

  • Keep work areas (receiving, picking, packing zones) clean and organized.
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse tools and equipment (e.g., PDA, computer, packaging tools) safely.

QualificationsBasic Requirements

  • Authorized to work legally in the United States (required).
  • Spanish or Chinese language skills are a plus
  • Basic English communication skills (able to read labels, work instructions, and follow simple directions).

Experience & Skills

  • Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment operations preferred.
  • Basic computer literacy; experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) a plus.
