Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Operation Data Analyst to join our dynamic Chicago team.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, choose, and manage Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) to ensure compliance with company operational policies, industry standards, and contractual requirements, with the goal of establishing long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate contract clauses and prices with DSPs, utilizing data analysis to optimize delivery costs and enhance service quality across different delivery routes.
  • Monitor package delivery operations by tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rate, false delivery rate, and customer satisfaction, and provide plans to improve delivery efficiency and accuracy.
  • Analyze logistics data and operational trends, leveraging data modeling and visualization tools (such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and SQL) to identify inefficiencies and propose optimization strategies.
  • Provide real-time operational guidance and technical support, match the most suitable DSP resources based on volume fluctuations, geographical factors, and operational requirements to maximize delivery efficiency.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance DSP operational management, ensuring compliance with company service standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve complex delivery-related issues, utilize data-driven analysis to identify root causes and collaborate with internal teams to develop long-term optimization strategies, reducing operational risks and improving stability.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with the IT department and the customer service department to optimize last-mile delivery operations and improve overall efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating clamp trucks, and pallet jacks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management purposes.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
