Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with some experience . As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, providing excellent service to guests, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Engage with guests to provide an exceptional dining experience through attentive service and product knowledge.
  • Operate Aloha POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist with ordering as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to support banquet services and special events.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
  • Demonstrate effective time management skills during busy shifts to ensure timely service.

Skills

  • Ability to learn Aloha POS systems for efficient order processing.
  • Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent sales skills to promote menu items and increase beverage sales.
  • Previous experience preferred, but willing to train right person, along with knowledge of food service operations.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Experience in the food industry, including bartending, serving, or cashiering roles.
  • Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus for crafting specialty drinks.
