About The Role :

We are seeking a
Customer Service Representative
who excels at delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves managing sales orders, handling payments, coordinating store administration, and supporting accounting functions. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy helping customers, this opportunity is a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, friendly, and efficient service to all guests.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to billing, sales, and delivery coordination.
  • Process orders accurately, manage payments, and assist with financing options.
  • Support daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash balancing, and reports.
  • Maintain communication with the sales team to ensure seamless order processing.
  • Participate in inventory control and loss prevention activities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service, office, or administrative experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable attendance and a team-oriented mindset.
