Shape Magic: Help us put the most exciting, wonderful, and thrilling Magic cards possible into the world. 5+ years of experience leading teams and developing individual contributors. Professional experience in product design, creative leadership, or visual design. Deep and nuanced understanding of Magic: The Gathering as a game, ecosystem, and passion for diverse range of fans. Proven track record of successfully implementing innovative product strategies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Flexible, adaptable, creative approach with a constant thirst for knowledge. Compassion, empathy, and a deep understanding of people. Experience with direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. Knowledge of intellectual property management and licensing. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
