That's where you come in

We're seeking a Sr. Principal Product Manager to own the evolution of the platforms and tools that support how our teams design, develop, and deliver. This role impacts workflows across game design, art direction, concepting, creative, and production—bridging today's systems with tomorrow's solutions. If you're energized by complexity and enjoy building tools that shape creative output at scale, we'd love to meet you.

What This Role Will Do
This role focuses on crafting and delivering platform capabilities that support our teams to create, review, and build. Responsibilities include:

  • Owning the long-term product vision for internal systems and shaping how tools evolve to meet diverse and growing team needs.
  • Guiding platform development while supporting the ongoing stability of legacy systems.
  • Collaborating with engineering, design, QA, and operations to prioritize features grounded in real-world use cases.
  • Leading phased transitions from older tools to newer solutions, including feedback loops and rollout support.
  • Partnering with internal teams to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable product direction.
  • Monitoring platform performance using data on adoption, usability, support volume, and team satisfaction.
  • Ensuring platform outcomes support broader goals around creative workflows and team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead support priorities for existing tools while delivering new features and services.
  • Collaborate on roadmap achievements, feedback validation, and metrics reporting.
  • Facilitate testing cycles, internal pilots, and tracking of adoption and engagement throughout each rollout phase.
  • Mentor junior product team members or adjacent roles, supporting shared learning and alignment.
  • Communicate clearly with senior leadership, including roadmap presentations and platform performance summaries.
  • Work with senior leaders to connect platform direction to team and business priorities.
  • Collaborate on planning across teams to craft the future of internal tools and systems.
  • Consider cross-team workflows to help the platform scale effectively.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including work on internal platforms or workflow systems.
  • Experience leading platform transitions or migrations in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Comfortable shaping product direction across interconnected tools and workflows.
  • Ability to connect product outcomes to broader business and team goals.
  • Skilled at navigating ambiguity and balancing competing priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience partnering across engineering, design, operations, and creative functions.
