Customer Support Associate

We are a growing personal injury law firm that is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. This is an entry level position with advancement for the right candidate(s). Your role is critical in maintaining client satisfaction across multiple communication channels, making this position ideal for individuals who excel in both communication and problem solving. This position does require daily attendance to our Tempe office.
Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication via phone, email, and text.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding their case and the legal process.
- Resolve clients issues by coordinating with other staff members, insurance companies, medical providers, etc. on a timely basis
- Maintain accurate and detail records of client interactions.
- Perform other duties as outlined by department supervisor
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are highly desirable.
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to pay attention to detail, extremely organized and can multi-task
- Ability to work well within a team environment and independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
