About The Team And Position
You'll need to be super approachable and always willing to go above and beyond to help Supply Chain with their business needs and problems. It could be as simple as working with an end user to resolve application issues to as complicated as working with engineers/product owners to enhance the application We expect smart people who are doers with bright ideas, willing to put their game-face on, take on new challenges and juggle many assignments at once.

What You'll Be Doing

  • The position is for a techno-functional IT support analyst to support Supply Chain/Logistics applications
  • Provide day to day support for issues related to Supply Chain/Logistics applications by investigating problems and providing resolutions of issues. Also work with vendors and engineers for resolving issues/bugs with various applications
  • Participate in Supply Chain/Logistics applications development life cycle to understand the application functionality
  • Assist in the configuration of the Supply Chain/Logistics applications to achieve business objectives
  • Triage and resolve technical issues related to the applications
  • Assisting with prioritization of tickets, enhancements and overall stabilization efforts

What You Should Have

  • Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in working as a Application Support Specialist or similar roles with hands-on experience in resolving application issues
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain/Logistics application and basic understanding of Supply Chain/Logistics business processes is required.
  • Good understanding of Change management and SDLC.
  • Hands on experience of technical troubleshooting is required
  • Knowledge of SQL and query writing is required.
  • Knowledge of Tableau reporting solutions and/or any programming language is a plus
  • Knowledge of Jira (or other issue and project tracking tool), Splunk (or other application monitoring tool) is an advantage
  • Ability to create design documents, SOPs, technical support documents is required
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills - able to bring forward a vision or opinion

Other Requirements
To be able to do your job at Carvana, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you.

  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds independently; majority of lifting from knee to shoulder heights; other lifting required from various levels.
  • Must be able to carry and transport up to 70 pounds up to 20 feet.
  • Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
