SUMMARY
Element Experiential LLC. is a full production company that provides top notch Audio/Visual solutions to a multitude of clients varying from but not limited to, high end corporate events, concerts, and festivals. The Warehouse Manager role will be responsible for maintaining the overall operational excellence of the warehouse for the benefit of the company. The core function of this employee will be to assist in the development of procedures and policies surrounding, manage inventory transactions inbound and outbound, sub rental equipment, receiving inbound PO's, utilizing Flex Inventory Management System. (Flex 5) This role will be an essential liaison between differing departments performing basic quality testing of company owned equipment that will assist greatly within the Service Department and Operations as a whole.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain clear and cooperative working relationships with co-workers and demonstrate regular attendance and punctuality are essential. Minimum of prior use of and knowledge pertaining to ERP or inventory management systems. Participation in and contribution to teamwork within the organization is required. Necessary interpersonal skills include being a self-starter, motivated, creative, flexible, self-confident, deadline oriented and able to multi-task. Employees must follow all quality and safety procedures of the company, including those at customer sites if applicable. Prior experience in the A/V and/or event industry is a strong plus.
Duties
- Responsible for the daily management of inventory control for the entirety of the warehouse and assisting in development and implementation of new procedures.
- Creation of shipping labels and tracking inbound/outbound shipments as necessary.
Ensure successful prep and packing of outbound shipments of equipment for events based off pull sheets as they are provided.
Returning and tracking of equipment to proper inventory locations when equipment is returned post event, physically and within ERP System.
Implement monthly inventory audits.
Coordination/management of third-party clients' equipment that may be housed within our warehouse either temporarily or permanently.
Assists the service department with basic quality testing of varying LED, lighting, and/or audio equipment as needed. Necessary training of these duties will be provided.
Basic tracking of failed equipment information to better assist service technician in their role.
Inbound PO tracking and updating/creation of inventory system with new or additional equipment as it becomes an inventory item.
Maintain Warehouse basic cleanliness as well as equipment and their respective cases.
Utilize FIFO (First in first out) of equipment as needed with inbound and outbound shipments.
Ability to get DOT Medical card and Massachusetts 1-C Hoisting License (Forklift) if not already possessed.

Tasks require walking, sitting, bending, reaching, mobility, and frequent lifting. Work requires computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and data-entry), attention to detail and accuracy. Communication skills including listening and speaking are required for interaction with other employees, vendors, and customers. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to balance multiple tasks with the duties and responsibilities of this position are essential requirements in the performance of this job.
Additionally, must be able to manipulate small and large tools to make both fine and major adjustments to test apparatus and equipment. The person in this job must be able to lift tools and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $75, $95,000.00 per year
