PROJECT COORDINATOR - National Accounts Division

Candidate will be responsible for providing superior customer service with new and existing National Account customers and programs. Full training will be provided.

RESPONSIBILIITES:

  • Create and enter quotes and maintain master account quoting template
  • Create or provide product or project submittals/specification sheets
  • Process stock orders with the warehouse and direct shipment purchase orders with vendors following defined account and department procedures and documentation
  • Resolve job site problems (lost, damaged, shortage, late or wrong shipments) with customers, warehouse and vendors
  • Handle change orders and manage and reconcile project AP and AR related reports
  • Work towards overall National Accounts department and company profit center goals (sales and operational)
  • Maintain and continually learn lighting industry technologies and products by attending in-house product training sessions, online training and networking with vendors and manufacturers
  • Attend customer/account/department meetings, conferences, tradeshows, or events when needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Associates Degree or higher
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills a must
  • Attributes: Dependable, self-sufficient, self-starter, positive, professional
