As a Floating Caregiver (PRN), you'll bring compassion, flexibility, and dependability to clients who need you most — filling in where help is needed across West Houston

Your Responsibilities:
  • Step in to cover open shifts as needed and provide reliable, high-quality care
  • Offer companion care (light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, sitter care, etc.)
  • Provide personal care (assistance with dressing, bathing, transferring, and incontinence care)
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the office team
  • Represent Senior Helpers' values of compassion, professionalism, and dependability
Requirements:
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Must have personal and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel throughout West Houston
