PLEASE NOTE APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED IN ITS ENTIRETY FOR FURTHERCONSIDERATION OF THIS POSITION - THIS INCLUDES THE EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONPROFILES AFTER CLICKING SUBMITPhysicians' Clinic of Iowa is seeking a Registration Supervisor for our outstanding registration team.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of highly dedicated medical professionals and staff whose primary mission is to provide high quality, compassionate care to our patients.  The individual selected for this role will develop, recommend, plan, and administer registration policies.  Will also supervise, training, and offer guidance to our registration team. Primary duties for this position include, but are not limited to: Hiring and training of new registration staff.Scheduling to ensure registration coverage across all PCI clinics and filling in as needed.Conducting monthly staff meeting and educational sessions and coordinating ongoing training. Developing and maintaining registration training material.Conducting regular registration audits.Following HIPAA guidelines when obtaining confidential patient information.Maintaining working knowledge of multiple software products to assist with verification of coverage, eligibility reports and accurate check-in, tracking processes being utilized.Adhere to, educate on, and hold staff accountable for all PCI service standards.The leading candidate will demonstrate behaviors reflective of PCI's culture including, demonstrating a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care, collaborating effectively with team members, and maintaining a high standard of reliability and professionalism. Excellent communication skills are essential. The qualified individual must be a self-starter, patient focused, maintain patient confidentiality and work well with team members.  Must also have a high level of comfort in working with computer systems, experience with eClinical Works is a plus.
