Property Damage Specialist I - Remote Opportunity

We're seeking a highly organized and meticulous Property Damage Specialist to join our team As a key member, you'll manage and investigate incoming claims from Communication, Gas, and Electric clients across the US. If you have exceptional communication skills, are super detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple tasks, we want to hear from you

This is a remote position, work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to damage reports via phone and email, determining the best investigation approach
  • Assign claims to field and remote personnel based on location and complexity
  • Establish new files and conduct initial research with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Develop professional relationships with clients, contractors, and personnel
  • Collaborate with internal teams for efficient claim processing

Requirements:

  • Pass a background check and drug test
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Google Maps and GPS
  • Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated workspace
  • Must have smartphone capabilities
