Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through the development of new business opportunities and the management of existing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, account management, and territory management, with a proven ability to engage clients and deliver exceptional customer service. Sales Rep will be visiting and calling on Boutiques, Gift Shops and Redorts.

Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Perform cold calling and direct sales efforts to expand the customer base.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in Ladies Clothing.
  • Strong understanding of account management principles and territory management practices.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
  • Background in retail sales or inside sales is a plus.
