Summary: The Order Management Manager position will build the connection between the operational Order Management to the Long Term Service Agreements to secure the base business. Ensures that all tasks from order management are fully operational, targets are met and back-ups for each position are in place.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for parts of Operational Order Management.
• Responsible for Finance and Controlling by having complete control about jobs, gross margins and profit.
• Responsible to review the backlog in FLL, to make sure the WIP for the business unit is accurate in order to mitigate risks. FICO – P201-F02 form is signed and sent back to Finance.
• Order entry per the division SAP based procedures.
• Handling of customer inquiries externally and internally, assessment of feasibility in commercial regard which includes up to full execution of order management in the SAP (quote to invoice).
• Initiate and lead internal projects to increase effectiveness of resources and processes
• Order settlement/Quotation preparation using Everllence pricing policy and internal terms and conditions, detailing of bid proposal documents, editing of project list.
• Quotation tracking concerning timeline, quality and costs until conclusion of contract.
• Coordination/clarification of commercial details with internal interfaces.
• Daily/weekly contact and follow up with customers during execution and internally, including expediting of both internal/external customers and sub-suppliers.
• Initiation of delivery and invoice processing as well as follow up.
• Handle order processing from beginning to end for Everllence customers for projects / strategic planning and technical support
• Ensure business procedures with auditors, banks, suppliers and other services are in line with management.
• Oversees and manage key projects and processes.
• Costs Controlling of LTSA / Maintenance agreements
• Support the LTSA / Maintenance agreements execution
• Customer visits as needed and required to strengthen the customer relationships
• File and organize documents and appropriated folders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Assure to follow internal Everllence rules and regulations.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college/university (engineering or economics) or equivalent education preferred.

Required Experience: Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Leadership experience preferred.

Desired Experience:

• 5 years of experience in the Marine industry
