18 Wheels USA is currently expanding its fleet and has immediate openings for professional Class A CDL Truck Drivers. We offer stable, full-time W2 positions with consistent freight and dependable miles, operating primarily East of the I-35. We have a career path for everyone, from seasoned drivers with 3+ months of experience to recent CDL school graduates, who can join our 3-5 week paid training program.

The Role: What to Expect

  • Your Mission: Safely transport no-touch, dry van freight, with a high percentage of drop-and-hook loads (approx. 70%).
  • Your Route: Operate on OTR, Regional, or Dedicated lanes primarily within the Eastern United States.
  • Your Responsibility: Maintain a high standard of safety and compliance with all DOT regulations.
  • Your Day-to-Day: Manage schedules for on-time delivery, maintain accurate ELD logs, and conduct daily equipment inspections.

Qualifications: Do You Have What It Takes?

  • The Essentials:

  • A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).

  • A clean MVR and a strong commitment to safety.
  • Must be able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.

  • Experience Levels:

  • Trainees: Must be a graduate of a CDL program with at least 120 hours of instruction to qualify for our paid training.

  • Experienced: Minimum of 3 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
